Legacy Projects > Art in the Park Art in the Park

A grouping of trees at Raccoon Creek SRA will be wrapped in crocheted handwork, from trunks out onto the limbs. Knitted baskets for critters to use as a home or as a receptacle for their personal belongings will be incorporated into the design. Handwork will be completed by knitters from the community in collaboration with women who are incarcerated at the Rockville Correctional Facility.
