Try the new appellate case search and give us your feedback

A beta (work in progress) version of the Clerk's online docket is now online, and we'd like your feedback. New features include:

  • Users may conduct a simple search with one piece of information about a case, such as case number, attorney number, attorney name, or litigant name.
  • Users may conduct advanced searches, such as:
    • Find all cases in which a particular attorney appears
    • Find all murder cases from a particular county in the Supreme Court during a given time period
    • Find all Court of Appeals cases filed between two dates
    • Find all Supreme Court cases granted transfer since a particular date
    • Find all Tax Court cases with an opinion issued in a particular year
  • Users can easily navigate between the search page, search results and case details using built-in navigation or browser navigation.
  • Search results display the date each case was last updated and are sorted by this date by default.
  • Search results include several sort options, the ability to hide and show case details, and pagination for a large number of results.
  • Case detail screens are printer-friendly.
  • Users can view events in the case in chronological or reverse chronological order.
