Located in Shoals, Indiana, the Shoals Catfish Festival began in 1985 and has continued to be an annual celebration over the Fourth of July holiday. The Shoals Catfish Festival allows family and friends to create memories together while participating in various activities and enjoying the serene environment of Shoals, Indiana. The Catfish Festival provides an opportunity to make the community of Shoals a better place in which to reside in and experience.
