Legacy Projects > Noble Trails - Fishing Line Trail Noble Trails - Fishing Line Trail

Noble Trails, Inc. is creating the Fishing Line Trail to connect Kendallville with Rome City utilizing abandoned trail beds and right of way. This trail will offer residents and visitors an opportunity for recreation, physical activity and the chance to enjoy the natural beauty of Northeast Indiana. In addition, it offers a safe way for residents and visitors to transport between the two communities. Much of the property on the proposed path has already been acquired and our first section scheduled for completion in 2016 will be a 1.25 mile portion that borders the Gene Stratton-Porter Historic Site. This section will showcase the Fishing Line Trail’s beauty and connectivity to attractions in our county.
