Since 1969, the Three Rivers Festival has grown to become Indiana’s second largest summer festival, a family-friendly, exciting nine day community celebration. Headwaters Park, in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne, serves as the hub for over 80 official and affiliated Three Rivers Festival events. Official events include the televised Parade with over 150 entries, a Fine Arts fair, Crafter’s Market, Bed Race, Children’s Festival, Waiter-Waitress Contest, International Village, live entertainment, taste-testing concessions, amusement rides and attractions, a shopping marketplace, the Raft Race, River Excursions and one of the largest Festival Finale Fireworks shows in Northeast Indiana.
