The ALL-IN Block party is a celebration of the community. It will be on April 27th, 2015 where the entire county and city of Muncie can participate in a series of challenges that encourages Hoosiers to try new experiences, learn more about Indiana and imagine ways to make Indiana even better. People can also complete challenges online.
