Legacy Projects > Swiss Days 2016 Swiss Days 2016

We are celebrating our Swiss heritage. Our Swiss Days brings awareness to our Swiss legacy through different events that highlight our customs. The Swiss Days Celebration is a time for Berne to share its heritage with authentic Swiss costume, great food, craft vendors and merchandise. Residents and visitors alike enjoy the friendly competitions for all ages. From the 5K race to Big Wheel Competition for the younger ones to the Stein toss, there is something for everyone. On stage and around the festival you can hear Swiss music and watch as couples dance to the polka to live music on stage. The festival always includes the last Thursday, Friday and Saturday of July.
