Legacy Projects > Policy Choices for Indiana’s Future: Thriving Communities, Thriving State Policy Choices for Indiana’s Future: Thriving Communities, Thriving State

The IU Public Policy Institute (Institute) is pleased to introduce its Policy Choices for Indiana’s Future: Thriving Communities, Thriving State (Policy Choices II). Whereas the first Policy Choices project concerned current and future economic conditions in Indiana, Policy Choices II will focus on strategies and policies for thriving Indiana communities. Three study commissions will evaluate issues affecting (1) urban, (2) suburban and medium-sized, or (3) rural and small communities. As the commissions gather information, the Institute will host public policy conversations around innovative policies on project-relevant topics, and will host a 2016 gubernatorial forum.

The Institute is a multidisciplinary institute within the IU School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
