Legacy Projects > Beckenholdt Family Park – Bicentennial Nature Trust Beckenholdt Family Park – Bicentennial Nature Trust

A 15-acre expansion of the existing 60-acre Beckenholdt Family Park.  This acquisition would complete the Park’s control of a 5-acre wetland, enabling the construction of a loop trail and wildlife observation decks.  The expansion also includes a block of woods which acts as a buffer between the park and I-70.  This is the first BNT project in Hancock County.
