Legacy Projects > Phizer Facility Park – Bicentennial Nature Trust Phizer Facility Park – Bicentennial Nature Trust

Acquisition of 393 acres of mature forest formerly part of the Phizer manufacturing facility south of Terre Haute.  The property will be developed to include trails and public access hunting and fishing areas.  Three capped remediation areas within the property will be excluded from the BNT conservation easement.  Vigo County Parks will develop adjacent acreage excluded from the BNT purchase to include active recreation ball field facilities and a dog park.
