Meetings

In Person

Meetings are held at the Clermont Town Hall (9049 Crawfordsville Road). The public is invited to attend to observe (and participate at the discretion of the president). Limited parking is available in the rear of the building.

Online (livestream)

Public meetings are also livestreamed online using Microsoft Teams. Information on how to join each meeting is available below.

Livestreaming has an inherent risk of technological failure. If the meeting livestream is interrupted, please wait a few minutes in the Teams meeting while on-site personnel attempt to rejoin the meeting. The meeting will proceed even if attempts to correct the failure are unsuccessful.

Due to limited capabilities, the town's online livestreams will generally be broadcasts of the in-person meeting and not managed for back-and-forth communication between online attendees and in-person personnel. As the town gains experience and additional capabilities, this may become possible. In the meantime, the town's focus is on ensuring that online attendees have the ability to observe the meeting visually and audibly.
Note: The Teams chat will be unmonitored, so please do not post messages and expect a response. If you would like to voice your thoughts during a meeting, please attend in person.

Recordings

Recordings of the livestreamed broadcast will be available on this page as soon as practical and will be available for 90 days following the date of the meeting. Contact the clerk-treasurer's office if you have questions.
