Randolph County will be celebrating Indiana’s 200th Birthday with an Indiana Bicentennial History Fair to be held on December 10th from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Visitors will be able to visit booths displaying great moments in Indiana’s history and listen and interact with reenactors. The event will be held at the Randolph County Courthouse and the Towne Square Cinema in Winchester, Indiana.
