The Charter School Program (CSP) Quality Counts Grant is a federally funded program that emphasizes the opening, expansion, or replication of high-quality charter schools to ensure all students, particularly those from underserved populations, have the opportunity to meet Indiana’s challenging academic standards. The funding shall be used to provide financial assistance for planning, program design, initial implementation, expansion, or replication of high-quality public charter schools.

Charter School Program's State Facility Incentive Grant (SFIG) is a federal grant that provides per-pupil facilities aid to charter schools.
IC 20-24-9 requires a charter school authorizer to submit an electronic copy of their Annual Reports to the State Board of Education for informational and research purposes. These reports must be submitted by December 31 for the preceding school year. The reports for the 2025-2026 school year are due December 31, 2026. Reports can be sent to Applications@sboe.in.gov.
