Chris Flook’, a Ball State University telecommunications instructor favorite county courthouse is the more humble, whitewashed Orange County courthouse in the center of Paoli.
“The courthouse square is like something out of a movie,” Flook said. “There’s just something charming about it and when I’m there, I always take a look around from the steps of the courthouse.”
Flook, travelled over 10,000 miles visiting Indiana’s 92 counties. He worked with other Ball State University departments on Indiana’s Courthouse Squares. He generously shared the resulting photos and courthouse information with the Indiana Bicentennial Commission to share with Hoosiers statewide.
