Statehood Day at the Statehouse December 9th.

Statehouse Tree Trim 2016.
Enjoying with the Governor our final Tree Trim Festivities at the Statehouse. From the Governor reciting the Night Before Christmas to 250 Hoosier Children, to my making and leading ornament creations with twigs from the Governor’s Residence that the children can take home, to the Governor and I drawing caricatures with the children, to the finale of the lighting ceremony with the children and lighting the Governor’s Tree with ornaments representing all 92 counties. With Santa, Mrs. Claus, The Grinch and many volunteers, this was a very special day celebrating the Holiday Season with Hoosier children, teachers and families at the Indiana Statehouse.
