The Board consists of seven (7) members; three (3) are municipal appointments and the other four (4) are residents of New Whiteland and cannot all be of the same political party the board must maintain a political balance. For more information contact:

The Plan Commission meets on the 4^th Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm when there is business to consider.

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets the 4^th Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm when there is business to consider.

Permit and Applications can be emailed to permits@newwhiteland.in.gov or hand delivered Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 - 4:00 pm to 540 Tracy Road, Suite A New Whiteland, In. 46184. Application fees with be due at the time of filing, the remaining fees such as inspections will be due once the application is approved and picked up.
