The Town of New Whiteland Public Works Dept. is accepting applications for a maintenance laborer position. Starting salary of 48K plus benefits. Benefits are health, dental & vision insurance, 401, and PERF.
Applicants must have or be able to obtain a class B CDL license & tanker endorsement. Applicant must be willing and able to; work in adverse weather conditions, work a rotating “on call” schedule, able to lift 75 lbs. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Work may include but is not limited to:
- Building & properties repair/maintenance.
- Sanitary & Storm sewer repair/maintenance.
- Street repair/maintenance.
