- Town Council: typically meets on the third Monday of each month at 6:00p in Yorktown Town Hall.
- Plan Commission: meets as needed on the first Wednesday of the month at 5:00p; reviews subdivision plats and zoning changes.
- Board of Zoning Appeals: meets as needed on the third Wednesday of the month at 5:00p; hears use variances, design variances and special exceptions.
- Architectural Review Board: meets as needed on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 5:00p; hears design and architectural standards in the downtown overlay district.
- Parks Advisory Board: meets quarterly as needed on the second Monday of the third month at 6:00p; advises on park policy and capital improvements.
- Redevelopment Commission: meets as needed on the second Thursday of each month at 4:00p; oversees redevelopment and TIF districts.
- Redevelopment Authority: meets as needed.
- Police Merit Commission: meets quarterly as needed on the first Monday of the second month at 4:00p; oversee police policy, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
