The Yorktown Police Department provides public records and accident reports upon request. Accident reports cost $15; residents or insurance companies may obtain a copy by contacting the Police Administrative Assistant at (765) 759.8521 (press 1) or visiting the police department during business hours (8:00a–4:00p, Monday–Friday).
