Inventory App

This INDOT innovation streamlines the annual inventory process by replacing paper checklists with a mobile app. Instead of carrying printed spreadsheets and searching for items manually, custodians can request updates and complete inventory directly from their phones. The app is built using Power Apps, Access, and Lists to create a central database. Users can upload photos of assets, helping to eliminate confusion caused by unclear descriptions. The app reduces time spent on inventory and improves organization and accuracy.
