Retirement Flag

This INDOT innovation creates a standard and meaningful way to honor employees as they retire. Instead of having no uniform recognition across the state, retiring team members will receive an Indiana State Flag that was flown at their local reporting location. The flag is presented in a display case featuring their years of service and a message of appreciation.
This thoughtful gesture celebrates each employee’s dedication and provides a lasting symbol of their impact on Indiana’s transportation system.
