Reflective Chevron Tape

INDOT is improving work zone and vehicle safety by applying reflective chevron tape to the rear of INDOT vehicles. The bright, adhesive panels increase visibility during both day and night, giving drivers more time to see approaching work vehicles and react safely.
The added visibility helps reduce rear‑end collisions and lowers the time and cost spent repairing damaged equipment. This simple upgrade supports a safer work environment for INDOT crews and the traveling public.
