As we reflect on the past year, I am filled with immense gratitude for the support as your Commissioner. Your hard work and commitment to our agency’s mission and vision have been truly inspiring.
I am incredibly excited about the direction our agency is taking, and I am hopeful for the future. Together, we have made significant strides, and I am confident that our collective efforts will continue to drive us toward even greater achievements.
Your daily contributions have not gone unnoticed. I sincerely appreciate the passion and diligence you bring to your roles, which are the cornerstone of our success.

Sleigh the Stress with Our Staff Wellness 50/50 Raffle!
Grab your tickets for just $2 each or 3 for $5 from your Wellness Champion between November 21 and December 12. One lucky winner takes home half the cash pot right in time for the holidays, and the other half fuels staff wellness programs for everyone.

Preservice Academy to Incorporate Practicum Experience
Beginning in January, our Preservice Academy will incorporate the use of practicums for new employees to gain real-time experience. The topics for these practicums include Searches and Report Writing. New employees will be scheduled to conduct supervised searches in the Facility Housing Units at the Regional Training Sites. Directly following the Search Practicum, new employees will participate in the Report Writing Practicum that include completing all the paperwork necessary as a result of the findings from the Search Practicum.
Earn Extra Cash by Being Well
Employees and spouses eligible for the ActiveHealth program earn $200 in rewards for completing an annual physical. Your results must be visible in the ActiveHealth portal by December 31, 2025.
The Invest In Your Health program is sponsored by the Indiana State Personnel Department (INSPD). The tools and programs promoted through Invest In Your Health have been approved by INSPD as a trusted resource to support your well-being. Through Invest In Your Health you have access to programs and resources to help make lifestyle changes to prevent disease and improve your health and wellness.
