Leading from Within Supervisor Workshop is a leadership development program that places emphasis on empowering individuals at all levels within an organization to lead and contribute meaningfully, rather than relying solely on top-level management. This workshop will be a part of the DOC Supervisory Program for newly promoted Supervisors
