Incentives and Retention

The Road to Your Future Starts Here

The Indiana Army National Guard is committed to retaining our soldiers, who are the backbone and foundation of everything we do. The mission of the INARNG retention program is based on the premise of command involvement in the retention process at ALL levels, from soldier to senior command. We believe in consistent and purposeful education that develops and equips individuals to successfully extend their careers in the INARNG. We engage soldiers throughout their careers to provide career counseling, family assistance and incentive opportunities rather than waiting until soldiers are nearing their end of time in service (ETS).
