Employees on the State of Indiana health plan have access to several wellness programs, discounts, and rewards—many of which they might not know about. That’s why we want to make sure that as partner agencies, you are equipped with simple communications tools that you can use to show employees how they can get the most out of their plan. If you need additional promotional material, toolkits, or resources that are not provided here, please email spdcommuncations@spd.in.gov.

On this page, you will find promotional materials to help you drive engagement with the Wellness Rewards Program, Invest In Your Health branding and promotional language, as well as program descriptions for all programs available to employees.

Wellness Rewards Program

Program Overview: Employees and spouses on the State Employee Health Plan are eligible for the Wellness Rewards Program, and can earn up to $500 ($1000 total) by each completing preventive care screenings and wellness activities. For example, an employee can earn $200 in wellness rewards for getting an annual physical and $50 for completing a dental exam + cleaning. Preventive activities like these are critical to understanding and maintaining health and offer more opportunities for early diagnosis of medical conditions.

To earn the reward, each activity must be visible in the Rewards Center in the Mobile Health Consumer portal, www.mobilehealthconsumer.com/weba/#/auth/login by December 31, 2026. Service or activity must be completed in 2026.
