Log into the Mobile Health Consumer Portal
Employees and spouses eligible for the Wellness Rewards Program can earn up to $500 in rewards by completing preventive care screenings and wellness activities. Set up your Mobile Health Consumer account and view the full details for each activity, get started on your wellness goals, and earn wellness rewards.
Single sign on through Anthem.com or Sydney app
- Log in to Anthem.com
- Navigate to the Programs page in the My Health Dashboard menu.
- Scroll down to the Mobile Health Consumer tile and click Learn More.

- Log in to the Sydney app
- Scroll down to the My Programs section and tap View All.
- Scroll down to and tap the Mobile Health Consumer tile.
Log in through the Mobile Health Consumer website
- Visit the Mobile Health Consumer portal.
- Click the “Register your account” button.
- Fill in the text boxes with your name as it appears on your insurance card, date of birth, and zip code.
