9amHealth is a diabetes management program for employees and family members (18+) enrolled in the State Employee Health Plan and diagnosed with diabetes. 9amHealth can work alongside your current providers, or you can see a 9amHealth endocrinologist virtually. By enrolling in 9amHealth, you get access to an easy-to-use app, personalized support, 24/7 care team, and other convenient resources to help you live a healthier life.

Anthem’s Total Health Connections program, gives you access to a team of clinicians to help you navigate any healthcare need. Wellness Rewards Program
Employees and spouses eligible for the Wellness Rewards Program can each earn up to $500 ($1,000 total) for completing wellness activities. You can earn wellness rewards for participating in the following diabetes programs:
- 9amHealth: Earn up to $100 in Wellness Rewards for participating in the 9amHealth program ($25/engagement, max. $100). Work with 9amHealth to manage your diabetes. Earn $25 when you create a care plan, and $25 for months you work on your care plan using video or phone call with care team, messaging with care team (text, in-app, audio or email), reading articles & watching educational videos in the app, and completing ordered lab tests.
- Anthem's Total Health Connections: Earn up to $50 in Wellness Rewards for participating in the program ($10/session, max. $50). Work with Anthem’s team of clinicians to help you navigate health plan resources, and manage your chronic or complex health conditions. Earn rewards for sessions with completed assessments.
