Storm and Erosion Ordinance and Application
The Storm Water & Erosion Control Ordinance applies to the following list as filed after August 3, 1998:
- All Subdivisions: Commercial, Industrial, Multi-family, and Residential.
- All Additions (filing for a Building Permit): Commericial, Industrial, Multi-Family.
- Any land disturbing activity over 1 acre.
- Any excavation of material over 1000 cubic yards.
