The (LEPC) is responsible for gathering information regarding a facility storing reportable amounts of extremely hazardous chemicals. Use of funds include but are not limited to creating/maintaining an emergency response plan, exercising the plan and helping to equip the county’s HazMat team.

The Noble County Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will hold its 2022 meetings at 6:30 pm local time February 23, May 25, August 24 and November 16.

The Noble County Emergency Plan for hazardous materials incidents may be reviewed during regular business hours at the Emergency Management Agency (EMA), 109 N York St, Albion IN.

All information filed by covered facilities may be reviewed during regular business hours at the EMA, 109 N York St, Albion IN.

Copies of documents may be obtained at these offices and the committee may charge a fee for copying.
