Elliot Stone Company was aquired by Polycor in 2019. Polycor also acquired Evans Limestone in 2022.

Central Indiana has been called the limestone capital of the United States, and Bloomington (Monroe County) is the middle of Hoosierland’s famed Limestone Belt.

Reed Quarries is a seventh-generation quarrier of Indiana Limestone since 1870. We can trace our generations of stone men back to the quarries of England prior to 1850.
