Director Garner was appointed as the director of the Marshall County Emergency Management Agency in July of 2023.
Garner lives by the mindset that communities are stronger when all voices are heard and all partners work together for a common goal. He is Marshall County born-and-raised and sees this position as a way to give back to the community that has given so much to him.
