14C Black Loop

The 14C Black Loop operates Monday – Friday when Purdue is in session. Black Loop provides a safe way to travel at night to and from campus.

Destinations along the route include the following: Tower Acres, Córdova Recreational Sports Center, Cary Quad, Armstrong Hall, Physics, Purdue Memorial Union, Stewart Center, Purdue Police Department, Discovery Learning Research Center, Discovery Parking Lot, Purdue Airport, and Purdue Village.

The 14C Black Loop route will NOT operate during the following dates while Purdue University is not in session:
October 7 – October 8, 2024
November 27 – November 30, 2024
December 14, 2024 – January 13, 2025
January 20, 2025
March 17 – March 22, 2025
May 10, 2025 until Fall Semester Begins

Note: Campus Loop routes may deviate from the published schedule in favor of bus spacing along the route, favoring more consistent frequency over the timepoints.

CityBus has proudly partnered with Purdue University for over 25 years to provide on-campus transit services. However, Purdue has selected a different provider for campus loop transit services starting in the 2025-26 academic year and beyond.

While the 13C Silver Loop, 14C Black Loop, 15C Tower Acres, and 16C Bronze Loop will be discontinued at the end of the Spring 2025 semester, CityBus will continue offering transit options for Purdue affiliates traveling beyond campus. Our regular routes, including the fare-free route 23 The Connector linking campus and downtown, will remain in service.
