From our bus operators to our customer service representatives, from our maintenance personnel to our dispatchers, from our specialists to our leadership team, CityBus is an agency comprised of dedicated people working hard to provide Greater Lafayette with the best mobility services possible.
The CityBus leadership team is responsible for implementing the agency's strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, realizing the agency's mission and vision, managing and mitigating risk, ensuring and enhancing value, actively engaging with the community, and taking good care of our customers. For the entire CityBus team, "customers" is intended to be a broad term, including our riders, community members, and all other stakeholders we're proud to serve.
