West Lafayette Core Routes

The following Core Routes form the frequency network operating in West Lafayette.

21 McCormick Road

Points of interest serviced by this route: CityBus Center, Wabash Landing 9 Movie Theater, Restaurants, Purdue Memorial Union, Krannert Grad School, Aspire Apartment, Village West Apartment, University Place, and Walmart West Lafayette.

22 Salisbury Street

Points of interest serviced by this route: CityBus Center, Crestview North Apartment, Electrical Engineering, Physics Buildings, Purdue Graduate Student Center, Wang Hall, West Lafayette Municipal Pool, West Lafayette Intermediate School, and Walmart West Lafayette.

23 Sagamore West

Points of interest serviced by this route: Meijer, Restaurants, Klondike Schools, Redpoint Apartment, Tippecanoe Public Library (Klondike Branch), Walmart West Lafayette.

West Lafayette Local Routes

The following Local Routes form the coverage network operating in West Lafayette.

41 The Connector

Points of interest serviced by this route: CityBus Center, Restaurants, Young Hall, Lilly Hall, Dorms, and connects Downtown Lafayette and West Lafayette.

42 Happy Hollow Road

Points of interest serviced by this route: Niel Armstrong Hall of Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics Buildings, Restaurants, Purdue Memorial Union, Launch Apartment, Happy Hollow Park, Montessori School of Greater Lafayette, and University Crossing Apartment.

43 Northwestern Avenue

Points of interest serviced by this route: Krannert Grad School, Lilly Hall, Purdue Graduate Student Center, Wang Hall, Mackey Arena, Mayfair Village Apartment, Beau Jardin Apartment, Peppermill Village Apartment, and Purdue Research Park. The route services corridors previously serviced by route 10 Northwestern.

Express Routes

The following Express Routes operate Monday – Friday when Purdue is in academic session during the Fall and Spring semesters.

51E Lark & Alight Express

CityBus provides contracted express bus services to the Lark, Lark Townhomes, and Alight student living communities in West Lafayette.

52E Cumberland Express

CityBus provides contracted express bus services to the Redpoint, Lodge, and Ivy Apartments on the Trail student living community in West Lafayette.

53E Lindberg Express

CityBus provides contracted express bus services to The Cottages on Lindberg, Village West and Station 21 student living communities in West Lafayette.

Lafayette Core Routes

The following Core Routes form the frequency network operating in Lafayette.

11 Creasy Lane

Points of interest serviced by this route: CityBus Center, Payless Lafayette, Restaurants, and Ivy Tech Community College. This route will start running at 5 am as part of our industrial.

12 South Street

Points of interest serviced by this route: CityBus Center, Tippecanoe County Public Library (Lafayette Branch), Columbian Park, Tropicanoe Cove, Target on South St, Meijer Store East, and IU Health Arnett Hospital.

13 Main Street

This route will start at 5 am with a modified schedule for the first two (2) runs of the day which will allow CityBus to assist major manufacturers along main street (Kirby Risk, Wabash National - Final Mile Plant, and Arconic) and will not service the Tippecanoe Mall entrance. Please pay attention to the lighter color orange on the map and the bolded times on the schedule for the first two (2) runs. The route will go back to the dark orange only with a start time of 6 am.

Points of interest serviced by this route: CityBus Center, Tippecanoe County Public Library, Columbian Park, Tropicanoe Cove, Loeb Stadium, and Tippecanoe Mall.

14 Brady Lane

This route will start at 5 am with a modified schedule for the first two (2) runs of the day which will allow CityBus to assist major manufacturers along this route (Wabash National - South Plant) and will not go down to Veterans Memorial and service Walmart. Please pay attention to the lighter purple color on the map and the bolded times on the schedule for the first two (2) runs. The route will go back to the dark purple only starting at 6am.

Points of interest serviced by this route: CityBus Center, Miller Elementary School, Payless Lafayette, Walmart South Lafayette, and Ivy Tech Community College.

Lafayette Local Routes

The following Local Routes form the coverage network operating in Lafayette.

31 North 9th Street

Points of interest serviced by this route: CityBus Center, River Walk Apartments, LUM Emergency Shelter, and Tippecanoe County Community Corrections.

32A Schuyler Avenue

Points of interest serviced by this route:  CityBus Center, Franciscan Health Lafayette Center, Grant's House, and Historic Jeff center Senior Apartment.

32B Union Street

Points of interest serviced by this route: CityBus Center, Fowler Apartment, Tippecanoe County Health Department, Northend Community Center, Lafayette BMV Branch, Vinton Elementary School, and Market Shopping Center.

33 Ferry Street

Points of interest serviced by this route: CityBus Center, Portledge Commons Apartment, and Fowler Apartment.

34 Teal Road

This route will continue service come August 24, 2026, with some minor modifications. This route will, instead of turning on 22nd street, will continue on Teal Road to the Fairgrounds and will service the front of Jeff high school.

Points of interest serviced by this route: CityBus Center, Tippecanoe County Public Library (Lafayette Branch), Historical Museum, Art Museum, Prospect Hill Apartment, Restaurants, and Jeff High School.

35 Park East Boulevard

This route will be discontinued starting on August 24, 2026, and will be serviced, with slight modifications, on Route 12 South Street.

36 South 18th Street

This route will be discontinued starting on August 24, 2026, and will be serviced, with slight modifications, on Route 14 Brady Lane.
