Peyton has assumed the role of Director of Staff Health and Wellness. This is a new position for the Indiana Department of Correction focused solely on the wellness of our most valuable resource: You! She will be continuing the work that has already started with regular emails about how to care for your wellbeing, leading a focus group of volunteers committed to supporting their colleagues and bettering their work environment, and finalizing the wellness website for staff, among many other things to help YOU. Peyton has a passion to make everyone in a room feel seen and heard. She has worked with a wide range of clients in her previous work from those suffering depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorder to those in crises with immediate needs. Peyton has never met a stranger and looks forward to serving the resilient IDOC staff.
