What are All-Staff Meetings?

IDOH All-Staff Meetings are a monthly opportunity to come together virtually (via Teams) as an agency to learn about upcoming and ongoing initiatives, celebrate successes, hear from our colleagues, and ask questions of leadership. Your participation is valuable! All staff members are expected to attend unless you have a previously scheduled meeting set by external partners.

How do I participate?

Tune in to the next All-Staff Meeting at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21.

Conversations with the Commissioner

November is Rural Health Month, a time to recognize the critical role rural communities play in the health of our state.

In this month’s Conversation with the Commissioner, I had the privilege of speaking with Joyce Fillenwarth from the Indiana Department of Health about the unique challenges and opportunities in rural health. We featured powerful stories from local leaders in Crawfordsville, highlighting the impact of their Mobile Integrated Health Program.

We also discuss the Rural Health Transformation Grant. This opportunity will allow us to expand access, strengthen local partnerships, and bring innovative care models to underserved areas.

Don’t miss this important conversation.

Our Mission in Action

Every team member plays a vital role in turning the agency's mission into reality. This collection of stories highlights employees sharing how their work aligns with and supports the agency’s mission. Through these stories, we celebrate the passion and commitment that drive their efforts to promote, protect, and improve the health and safety of all Hoosiers.
