2026 IHCP Works

The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) will host the 2026 IHCP Works annual provider seminar Tuesday through Thursday, Oct. 6 through Oct. 8, 2026, at the Plainfield Embassy Suites, located just southwest of Indianapolis.

The 2026 IHCP Works seminar will include educational sessions presented by the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP), Gainwell Technologies, Acentra Health, Anthem, CareSource, Humana, Managed Health Services (MHS) and UnitedHealthcare.

Topics will include program overviews and specific program billing guidelines, among other important IHCP information.

PDFs of the slideshows that will be presented during the sessions will be made available to download from the Seminar Presentations section on this webpage in advance of the seminar.

Seminar Registration and Event Information

Providers are requested to complete an online registration form, which is available at the Registration page of the 2026 IHCP Works Annual Seminar events website, powered by Results@Hand. This form includes the option to request any Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations needed to fully experience the seminar. A confirmation email is sent immediately upon submission of this form.

Note: Registered attendees are encouraged to use the R@H ConferenceBeat Event app (which can be downloaded on the App Store or via Google Play) to view or update their schedule of sessions, access a hotel and conference center map, view a list of local restaurants, and more. These options are also available by logging in to the 2026 IHCP Works Annual Seminar app website, powered by Results@Hand.

Providers that previously registered for any IHCP Works annual seminar since 2023, or for one of the 2024 Roadshows, are already registered and can log in to their existing profile on the ConferenceBeat app or the 2026 IHCP Works Annual Seminar app website to make session selections. The profile can be updated with any changes to the provider’s demographic information.

Session selections can be changed at any time. Participants should check in to each session they attend.

All attendees are encouraged to register and make their session selections in advance. Walk-in registrations will be allowed but are not recommended. Space is limited, and the most popular sessions reach capacity well before the start of the seminar. Those who did not sign up for a given session in advance will be allowed to attend only if space is available.

Business casual attire is recommended for comfort. Consider layering to accommodate variations in room temperature. Beverage service will not be available; however, the facility offers a restaurant, early morning coffee bar and snack shop where drinks, snacks and lunch can be purchased.

Reminder to providers: Please do not bring personal health information (PHI) to the seminar.

Seminar Location and Hotel Reservation Information

The Plainfield Embassy Suites Event Center is located southwest of Indianapolis on Perry Road, east of Quaker Boulevard. For directions from a specific location, please use the Maps app on a cell phone or visit a map search website such as maps.google.com.

Guest room reservations are available at the special rate of $175 plus state and local taxes per night. Reservations at the Embassy Suites may be made online (preferred) at the Embassy Suites by Hilton reservation webpage, or by telephone at 800-EMBASSY (800-362-2779) referencing the unique six-letter group code, CESGTA. Rooms at the discounted rate are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. The special rate applies to reservations made on or before Sunday, Sept. 20. Note: Please do not call the hotel to register for seminar sessions; see the Seminar Registration and Event Information section above for seminar registration and session selection instructions.

The Embassy Suites hotel and the event center are located in the same building, but they have different addresses due to the building size. Individuals who are attending the seminar but are not staying at the hotel are advised to navigate to the 2353 Perry Road address. Those who are staying at the hotel for the duration of the seminar should navigate to the following location:

Seminar Presentations

Beginning Oct. 1, PDFs of all slideshows that will be presented during the seminar sessions will be available from this webpage. The presentations will also be accessible through the ConferenceBeat app and 2026 IHCP Works Annual Seminar app website.

Providers are advised to print paper copies of each presentation for reference, if desired. Paper copies of the presentations will not be provided at the seminar.
