IHCP Provider Locator

The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) Provider Locator is a search tool that enables users to locate IHCP-enrolled healthcare providers to provide services to Medicaid members. Searches can be performed by provider type, specialty, location and other criteria.

Launch the IHCP Provider Locator

The IHCP Provider Locator may be used by providers – for example, when referring a Medicaid patient to another provider – or by members themselves. Please direct members to the link available on the Provider Directory page of the IHCP member website.

Managed Care Health Plan Providers

Not all IHCP-enrolled providers participate in all managed care health plans. If the member is enrolled in Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP), Hoosier Care Connect, Hoosier Healthwise or Indiana PathWays for Aging (PathWays), contact the member’s managed care entity (MCE) to find medical providers within the plan’s network:
