After you are enrolled as an Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) provider, if you are interested in enrolling as a provider under the IHCP's managed care programs – Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP), Hoosier Care Connect, Hoosier Healthwise or Indiana PathWays for Aging (PathWays) – you must apply directly to one or more of the managed care organizations (MCOs) contracted to provide these services.
