The Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP) will host the 2023 IHCP Roadshow at six locations throughout the state of Indiana, starting April 18 and concluding May 18. These events will provide the opportunity for face-to-face discussion of current and future initiatives by the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Gainwell Technologies and all of IHCP's business partners.
This year's Roadshow will resemble an "Open House" format in which providers will be able to speak one-on-one with the FSSA and each business partner regarding their specific questions and current initiatives. Providers are encouraged to come prepared with any policy-related questions.
Note: Providers should not bring actual claims or claim-related questions to the IHCP Roadshow.
A representative from the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) will give a 15- to 20-minute presentation that will highlight 2023 key focuses and initiatives, followed by a brief introduction from each business partner before beginning the open house portion of the event. This shorter, half-day format will give providers the opportunity to build relationships with their region representatives.
Registration
Providers may register for the 2023 IHCP Roadshow using the Workshop Registration Tool. For detailed instructions on using this tool, see the Workshop Registration Tool Quick Reference Guide. When you register online, you will receive immediate confirmation. If for some reason you are unable to register or do not receive a confirmation, please feel free to attend, regardless. Registration is strongly encouraged, but walk-ins will be allowed if space is available. The final day to register is two business days prior to each event.
