Food Establishments

The Henry County Health Department works to ensure food sold and served in our community is safe, prepared under sanitary conditions, and meets state and local regulations. We regulate both retail food establishments (restaurants, grocery stores, school cafeterias, etc.), temporary food establishments (food vendors at fairs, festivals, and special events) and mobile food establishments (food trucks).
