Public Meetings
IOT advises using Microsoft Teams Webinars to host agency public meetings. The requirements for public meetings are detailed in Indiana code.

IOT recommends YouTube to meet the requirements of public access to rulemaking proceedings. This solution is flexible and works in conjunction with Zoom and WebEx.
