ABOUT
The Indiana Office of Technology (IOT) was established in 2005 to unify and modernize the technology landscape across state government. By consolidating disparate IT teams, systems, and standards, IOT created a centralized organization responsible for delivering consistent, secure, and efficient technology services to Indiana’s state agencies.
Today, IOT serves as the digital backbone for state government by providing the infrastructure, platforms, and expertise agencies rely on to operate effectively and deliver services to Hoosiers. Our role is defined both by our statutory responsibilities and our strategic commitment to helping agencies accomplish their missions.

- Delivering the most effective technology solutions to meet the operational needs of state agencies.
- Expanding and enhancing digital government services that make state interactions more accessible and efficient.
- Ensuring secure systems and processes that protect the state’s data and support trusted digital services.
