IOT SEAL IT Program is honored with HR Impact award
The Indiana Office of Technology was recently honored with an Indianapolis Business Journal HR Impact award for the agency's skills-first approach for hiring technical roles, and in turn, creating the State Earn and Learn IT Program (https://www.instagram.com/iot_seal_it/)
IOT took a forward-looking path to talent development and created the program designed to reskill Hoosiers into technology careers. This program has made a pathway for IOT to prepare people for new careers - not jobs - while at the same time filling critical positions in state government.
