Through the 2026 Wellness Rewards Program, employees and spouses on the State employee health plan can each earn up to $500 in gift card rewards. All you (and your covered spouse) have to do is complete preventive care screenings and wellness activities.

New gift card options
New gift cards options have been added to the Rewards Center of the Mobile Health Consumer portal, including Amazon, Mastercard, and Target. Gift cards can be redeemed in the Rewards Center and must be redeemed by Dec. 31, 2026. Learn more about redeeming gift cards.

- How do I log in to the Mobile Health Consumer portal?
- Option 1: Visit the Mobile Health Consumer portal. Click the “Register your account” button if you are a new user.
- Option 2: Sign in to your Anthem.com or Sydney account.
- For physical activity tracking, what is an active minute?
- Active minutes are determined by the device, for example:
- Apple Health: Active minutes = Exercise minutes
- Fitbit: Active minutes = Active minutes
- Garmin: Active minutes = Intensity minutes

- How do I connect my device?
- Garmin, Fitbit, and Google Fit: Log in to your Mobile Health Consumer portal. Click the “Track Health Data” link in the left side menu. Click the tracker you are trying to connect and sign into your tracker account with that username and password.
- Apple Health: Download the Mobile Health Consumer app. Log in to the Mobile Health Consumer app. Open the menu found in the top left corner and tap the “Track Health Data” option. Click on the Apple and sign into your Apple account.
- How does my spouse earn rewards?
- Spouses must register their own account in the Mobile Health Consumer portal. Once your spouse has registered their account, they can start completing activities to earn wellness rewards.
- Is Individual Health Coaching still available?
- Yes, individual health coaching is available through Anthem this year. To schedule an appointment, call your Anthem Family Advocate at 877-814-9709 and request to work with a health coach. Check with your HR team to see if an onsite coach is available at your location. Earn $20 in wellness rewards for each health coaching session completed with Anthem, up to $100.
