  Below are templates for contracts for vended meals only. Sponsors are still responsible for ensuring proper competitive procurement procedures are followed when selecting a vendor for meals. If you have questions about the procurement process, please contact January Sanders at janusanders@doe.in.gov.

• FSMC and Vendor Registration

  Below are links pertaining to the registration process for a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) or Vended Meals Provider interested in registering with the Indiana Department of Education. Registered vendors will be placed on a list of vendor contacts available to schools interested in procuring a vendor to assist in operating the School Nutrition Programs. The registration period for School Year 2027-2028 will be open from January 5, 2026 through February 9, 2026. Any registration requests received after the February 9, 2025 deadline will not be processed. Please direct all questions to SCN Procurement at SCNProcurement@doe.in.gov
