Below are templates for contracts for vended meals only. Sponsors are still responsible for ensuring proper competitive procurement procedures are followed when selecting a vendor for meals. Below are links pertaining to the registration process for a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) or Vended Meals Provider interested in registering with the Indiana Department of Education. Registered vendors will be placed on a list of vendor contacts available to schools interested in procuring a vendor to assist in operating the School Nutrition Programs.
