The Indiana General Assembly adopted legislation (Indiana Code 16-19-5-1) in 1999 allowing the state's metrology laboratory to collect fees for services. The fee schedule as adopted (410 IAC 12-2-1) follows. Please note that public schools and state and local government agencies are exempt.
