The mission of the Monroe Circuit Court Probation Department is to promote a safer community by intervening in the lives of justice involved individuals, holding them accountable, and serving as a catalyst for positive change.
About the Department
The Monroe Circuit Court Probation Department serves the Monroe Circuit Court in Bloomington, Indiana. The Probation Department supervises justice involved individuals who are ordered to community supervision by the Court as well as those who live in Monroe County receive community supervision in another county/state.

The Probation Department has two (2) locations near downtown Bloomington, IN.
The Curry Building office houses: Adult Probation/Court Alcohol and Drug Program; Pretrial Services Program, and user fee collections.
The Community Corrections Office houses: Community Corrections Programs (Home Detention, Day Reporting Program, Drug Testing Program, Community Services Program); Problem Solving Court Programs (Veterans Court, Mental Health Court, Drug Court, and Reentry Court); and Juvenile Probation.
