Resources

The second TIF district is located just off the northwest intersection of Highway 37 and 46. It was founded in the mid 2000's and the initial public investment was completed in 2006, opening the area for potential tenants. Recently, the Bloomington Hospital announced their plans to purchase a large tract of land in the 46 TIF in order to accommodate their future expansion activities.

The third TIF district is located at the intersection of Highway 37 and Fullerton Pike. It was founded in 2007 in order to facilitate the generation of local funds necessary to construct Fullerton Pike from Highway 37 to Sare Rd. A map of this district is being worked upon.
